Support quickly answered, I just had to toggle on/off Apple Health but in the watch settings, not just in the ErgData app on iPhone.

Go on the watch > settings > Health > Apps > ErgData

Had the same issue until this morning. Turns out my watch had a firmware update. Ran the update and also restarted my phone, just in case.
All seems to be working now.

C2 don't monitor this forum directly, so anything you need to bring to their attention the email is the best bet. but that said - putting the details here allows for the community to potentially give any input, as C2 don't tend to send out bulletins on tech related issues. *you just get the updates ...

I was hoping putting the issues and the details here would alert them. I'll email the info address later after one more test (basically I've wiped my watch and reinstalled everything).

I'll update this post if it works or if I hear back from C2.

Concept2 are always really helpful - email info@concept2.com. Of course it could be an incompatibility with something Apple that they may not be able to do much about.
