Great customer service

Managed to wear out the clutch bearing on my flywheel earlier this week.
Phoned Concept2 UK and spoke to Freya and a chap in the technical department who advised me that I needed a flywheel replacement - I placed the order and was told it would be with me in 3-5 working days - I am on the Isle of Wight so not the quickest place to post stuff to.
Very pleasantly surprised to receive the part 24 hrs after placing the order.

Just thought that in this day and age when we are very quick to complain about poor customer service, it is worth recognising an example of excellent customer service.
