USArmy Nam vets is mine. Only 5 of us; 2 from FF affiliation. What’s your team designation for the MC? And what is a dreadfish?

Been doing longer only more or less. Pulled 16004 today on a 60/20 piece.
Started comfortable, but from halfway in it got tricky. Pulled a fast last min to just take the 16k hurdle.

Training is 50/50 row/ski 6 sessions a week, so 3/3. Last sunday also went for a 60 min ski, free rate, was halfway... And my pm frooze :roll: out of order. So need that fixed. Was 151.0 ish on pace, so well on my way to 16k plus.

Plan is to keep working on my base still. had a poor dec. due to a lingering cold, but fine now and fitness went slowly up again.

We got a Model D a few days ago and I joined the team today. Looking forward to racking up some meters while shedding some flab :D

I was looking at the monthly challenge website last night actually! I think it looks like a ton of fun. I'm currently operating on under the assumption I will be learning a lot about the PM as well as the erg in general in the next few weeks.

I'm not sure what you mean by this! Both of the workouts in my log so far were from the C2 workout of the day. I just kept track of the meters and times in my head. I bet there is a easier method to keep the numbers straight. I will have to go do some digging...

Edit: OK, maybe I do know what you mean. The workout was four sets of 750 meters with two minutes of easy rowing between each set. Since it wasn't a set time for each set I didn't think there was a way to program the workout so I just rowed it and kept a mental note of when my 750's were done and then started a new 750 two minutes later. The sentence I just wrote makes sense in my head, hopefully it works for others!

Makes sense to me. February 13 C2 short WOD. Gotta love a man who can quickly arrive at a conclusion and just as quickly arrive at its opposite without evidencing the least insecurity. Closing one eye is aiming, looking with both binocular perspective! Bit rare imo but valuable here cause now we don’t have to get sparky over nothing and apologetic about less!
