Wasn't too difficult. Moving forward I'm going to drop back to 5k and bump up to 185w. Work that up to 10k, drop back to 5k and go to 190w, keep building it.Long term goal is 200w for 10k. I'll do two 20r sessions per week and a sprint session. Haven't quite figured out how to balance the erg and the boat. I may stay with 2-3 erg sessions per week; hopefully I'm going harder OTW this year so I can maintain fitness.
