Was looking to increase time to 45 min for this session but started to get lower back twinges so hd at 36 min. Had a sore back most of friday, not sure why as I had a relaxed but long day at work. Mostly up and walking around a new work site.

Erik, don't you think it's time to update the best performances in your signature? You just beat four of them in one 36min session B) .

Bonus question: how do you add those cute looking PB tables?

I asked him the same thing when he rowed a 7500+ 30 minutes. I believe he said he wanted to wait till he could do a true TT before replacing the times, which I can understand.

Here's a forum post that explains how.

Room temp 22.3°C (in the beginning of the session), a month ago was still as low as 18.3°, and definitely can feel the difference already, but not gonna use my fan until room temp rises above 25°C (it's mechanical doping after all, isn't it :) )

30mins r21 @ 2:06.3

7123m

Slowly making some progress, but geez those 5 weeks out have really knocked my rowing fitness for six. Obviously though i am fully aware that i'm not rowing often enough to make faster gains! Just as well for me that i'm not too hung up on the numbers or going for any PB's, and that the erg is just an excellent tool for me to get good workouts from a couple times a week. I am devoting plenty of time to the weightlifting and bodyweight training during the week though, and feeling good for it overall.

My goals are simply to keep fit/get fitter and continue to enjoy rowing on the C2 :)

An hour this morning in my shed gym, though for the first time I found it a little bit boring but that might have been because the music wasn't that great.

r20, 2:12.1 so managed 13,617m so I'm pleased to get some good metres in at the start of the week.

Did 51k last week and trying to increase my distance until I hit about 60k. Not sure how I can fit much in beyond that - suggestions welcome!

Rowing since March 2017, for fitness and to challenge myself.
