I was back to training pieces in 4 days. Feel great!

I did get one of those cushions from Amazon, works like a charm! HIGHLY recommended for distance pieces!

Sub 9 hour on your first go sounds pretty darn good to me... I've done a 63k and have an idea how it feels up to that point
