This vid and explanation and the F.O.L.D. mneumonic really opened my eyes! I had the "silverback" start position and the hip snap but never been able to really burn the hams and glutes until I focused on the hike between the legs before the snap.

Since we're talking KB's, I've found this to be a helpful video for the Turkish Get-Up:


No instruction, just a step-by-step demonstration of the various parts going up and down.

Good video...thanks for sharing it. I've been compiling a folder of various such videos over the past year or two.
