Earlier this season, I did a marathon on my skierg, to complete my sweep of my age group wr. Last hour was hell - my feet got so sore, cramping up, I was trying to shift weight from one side to the other, took off my shoes, could not find relief no matter what I tried, had to stop every 5 minutes or so. Never again ! (at least until I move into the next age group :D)

Ouch....cramp for an hour?!?! Impressed that you carried on, many people would have abandoned it, but from the sounds of things you're a proper athlete i.e. "clean sweep of WR at your age group"

Having never tried the skierg, I can't see how you drink while doing a FM or longer?
Now C2 have brought out the Bikeerg no doubt there will have to be some triathlon events....

No problem hydrating or snacking. Skierg with one arm while drinking, changing TV channels, etc. Found the skierg marathon a little easier, at least on the bum, than rowing.
Bikerg looks solid, pre-ordered one this morning but won't get it for awhile...
