there is the suppliment called NO or something of the sort which i hear helps oxygen get to the rest of the body... is there any negative effects to it and does it actually help with rowing?

NO (nitric oxide) is a bodybuilding suppliment that's supposed to increase blood flow by relaxing the muscle walls of blood vessels. Some people claim that it aids in recovery, but I don't know. It probably only helps the people who sell it.

lol and with all your blood in the muscles there's no blood in the brain. so you won't be the sharpest tool in the shed while you're on that.
