NO
there is the suppliment called NO or something of the sort which i hear helps oxygen get to the rest of the body... is there any negative effects to it and does it actually help with rowing?
NO (nitric oxide) is a bodybuilding suppliment that's supposed to increase blood flow by relaxing the muscle walls of blood vessels. Some people claim that it aids in recovery, but I don't know. It probably only helps the people who sell it.
