The monitor runs on local time (assuming the clock has been set correctly)
The utility runs on local time (assuming it's using a time server to keep the clock accurate and the locale is set correctly).
The C2 log.concept2.com website assumes all times are local (it runs on Eastern Standard or Eastern Day time) as it has no profile option to define a time zone.
