I've just noticed this years Indoor Rowers League has started for those interested

thanks for the reminder Richard - have been trying to sort out when to do the 4 minutes.
(BTW for those on left side of the Atlantic the IRL is a good challenge with a slightly quirky score adjustment for age and weight and 8 months of steady work)
You have to do a different challenge in the month from Sept to April. There is a team event called the 8on8 as well,
Best to just sign up for the monthly challenge and see where you fit in your age group.
4min, 1 mile, 6k, 5k, 1min, 10k, 2k, 500m

Can anyone access the IRL site today? I can't and I have a result I would like to enter!

Nope. "Page not found". I've been slightly injured for the past few days and was planning on doing the 4 minutes today. Hope it comes back.

Edit: Date: 9/30/2017, Time: 1102 PDT, Four minute piece from static wheel, no slides, Model B: 1119 meters. (Just for the record, in case the site doesn't come back up). Cheers!

Because of problems with the server, Sebastien has extended the September deadline to October 3rd. 12:00 UTC.
