Rowpro and Logbook and intervals

Postby G-dub » December 7th, 2017, 7:04 pm

So I can't recall this happening before, but I have an interval workout I set up that is 30" work and 1:00 easy rest. Rowpro records all the meters and sends them to C2. But in the C2 logbook it only shows up as recording only the work meters. However, when I look at the detail of the session by clicking on the magnifying glass, it shows the additional meters in the body of the detail. What gives? I want credit for those meters! Do I have to manually add them in now? I don't recall this before.

The rest meters still contribute to your daily total of meters rowed. You can prove this to be the case by noting your affiliation or challenge meter total on two consecutive days and subtracting first day total from second day's. Result will always be greater than sum of second day's continuous workout total plus interval "work" total in log except when rest periods are totally inactive.

Total time is also recorded and inactive rest periods severely depress yearly average pace. This is one reason why our resident pace shamer does only continuous workouts and avoids interval format.

Great! So I guess I need to delete the few K I gave myself tonight. Thanks Jack - I recall now you investigating this during our annual pace shaming discussions about total meters and average pace.
