Programming intervals on RowPro

Postby Aks » January 19th, 2017, 6:36 pm

Hi there,

On RowPro

I want to program a pyramid interval with rest time between the active meter rows. I see how to do it, but I keep coming up with an error. Is it possible?

Thanks

Its an old version of Row Pro...but this is my set up for the old AWL Pyramid which works well. Similar to what you did?

i'm having problems with the new rowpro,
it doesn't like the STOP [S] variable in the config files.
It might be because I notified them of, that the rests where then ignored on the logfiles and c2 logbook imports.
It was possible to do a set of intervals, say 20 x100m with 5 min rest and have it count as a 2k TT.

since then I'v reverted back to RowPro 4.3, which is the same as Marjory's

juts a note - might want to change the target from "stop" to an active one (v.easy,strong,hard,v.hard) - the timer just runs on stop.
you can adapt the targets onm the left, they then show a tolerance band on rowpro to let you know where you are in terms of your targets.

Thanks... your RowPro looks completely different than mine. I do want to program the AWL pyramid into it. (what does AWL stand for?). I have RowPro 5.0 for a Mac.

Age Without Limits - a virtual club that set the pyramid as a CTC challenge some years ago - has caught people's attention ever since.

I reported a 'bug', where it was possible to record custom intervals as a timed piece using Stop.
I.e you could do a 20x100m with 5 min rest and log it a 2km TT.
Since then I'm having problems configuration custom rows. I've reverted back 4.3... but here is the how to:

The custom files are split into 2 sections.
The first depicts the Dustin of distance filled by a variable.
I.e
2:00 A (2 minutes of interval A) or
2000 B (2000 meters of interval b)

The second part is where you the interval
I.e

A 18-20 SPM, 2:00-2:05 PACE, 150-160 BPM

There are also fixed variables.
N ( no targets)
S (stop - just a timer)
R (recovery)

Thanks!

I got it programmed, but it stopped 100 m before what I had intended as an end. Kind of a bummer! So I made some corrections and will try it out again.
