Hey everyone, I've been rowing for one week now. I just started logging my records in a journal, thus I want to share with you my level of fitness and any advice you might have.
I always row 30 minutes.
Yesterday, I rowed 6428m in 30 minutes. My t/500m was 2:20.9.
Today, I rowed 6571m in 30 minutes and I did my 500m in 2:17.1.
Is 30 minutes a day (coupled with watching my calories, enough to lose weight)?
I'm working on slowing my pace down. Yesterday I was rowing at 32, and today I got it down to about 28.
