I had the great pleasure to host Bob yesterday at the Iron Oarsman and he pulled a great 2K. Of course in todays internet age I filmed it and put it on my blog.

I saw that Jim Castellan, a 61 yr old hwt, rowed a 6.33+. Amazing.

And Dennis Hastings reports that he met the qualifying time at altitude.

Congrats to both. Good luck to all those rowing trials.

That was a storming row!!!

Nice one Xeno for filming it! Brings back the memories of when I was there at Iron Oarsman. Looking forward to heading back there B)
