Hi there I think you have the right symptoms of someone moving to 20 SPM - i.e a greater awareness of muscle pain in lats. To achieve the number of metres logged by Dwayne AND maintain the muscle bulk (or rather, the training required to maintain the muscle bulk) is an incredible feat. How many hours sleep do you get Dwayne? You work full time and still have the time to do full time athlete type sessions? Cheers RichardT
