What is your damper setting?

Does damper setting have anything to do with having (or not having) good form?

The trail marks that I am referring to are white in color.

I have a one month new Concept2 E rower and I noticed that the rail is beginning to get trail marks on it. Is this normal? Are they preventable?

Thank you. I found the cable to connect the PM4 to my MacBook Pro. I am all set! Thank you very much!

Update: I found the cable to connect the PM4 to my MacBook Pro and I was able to successfully upload the data to my online logbook. So that is good news. I haven't had a chance to try the card in the Athena smart reader again but I will do that and post the outcome. Does anyone know why a card would...
