C2 Utility v7 - Download firmware in advance?

No one at the gym cares much about the rowers so I try to keep them updated. I don't have internet at the gym though. With the old C2 Utility (Mac) I could download the firmware in advance, then connect USB in the gym and update firmware without internet. With the new one I can't seem to do anything...

Re: How long is the Polar HR pick up cable?

Thanks - yes I knew that. I got a cheap one from Amazon (£2 incl. postage). I just wanted to make sure I didn't get one too short.

How long is the Polar HR pick up cable?

I mostly use a PM5 with a Garmin belt but I have just joined a club that have PM3s and I'm trying to get something to work there cheaply. I got a used Polar receiver from ebay but it doesn't come with the cable. It looks like a standard stereo 3.5mm audio extension cable which I can get cheaply - bu...

Re: PM5 - cable needed?

define properly ? the meters are all there, but you couldn't rank a piece... Thanks very much. I mean keeping the interval and rest period separate (showing the speed/heart rate of each interval ignoring the rest times and not the average over the whole session including the rest times). I'll take ...

Re: PM5 - cable needed?

Yet more questions... If I buy an ANT compatible chest strap I can have heart rate monitoring in the PM5. But I see there are two ways to do it - if I log with a USB key I sync the chest strap with the PM5 directly. If I am using ergdata I understand I need to connect the heart rate monitor to the p...

Re: PM5 - cable needed?

One more question... I know the Concept2 Utility doesn't handle uploading intervals properly to the online log (although they were stored on the smart card). I definitely want to log intervals properly (not just average time over the whole row) - can ErgData do this or is the same as the online logb...

PM5 - cable needed?

Hello, I have just joined a new gym which has brand new rowers with PM5 monitor - so I didn't have anywhere to put my smart card in! I understand I can either use a USB key to log the workouts, or connect an android smartphone and use ErgData. From what I understand the PM5 should allow a smartphone...

back pain at night

Hi all, I have recently started the beginner pete plan - I'm on week 6 and everything has been going well (good progress and I feel great!) The one problem is that in the last week or two I have started waking up with back pain in the morning. It comes in the middle of the night and goes away very q...

I have received a PM but I cannot reply as my account is not authorized.

To PaulH,

Thanks, it is fine to delete the cannotregister account, but is there anyway I could recover the text of the post I submitted to training? (Or let that one go through and stay).

how to reply to PM

Hi,

I have just had my account registered and received a PM. However I cannot see how to reply. I must be missing something obvious but I searched the page and couldn't find the text anywhere. How can I send or reply to a PM?

Thanks
