Hello. I am Karen and I just joined. My Concept2 just arrived yesterday so I will begin rowing tonight after work. Needed batteries so just sort of stared in awe at the machine last night. I havve rowed as part of CrossFit WODS but that is about it. Loved it. I hope to lose weight and gain fitness....
