Yesterday did 4 x 1000m 5:00R. This was a terrible session for me. Avg about 1:39.5. I really need to work more on the 1000-1500m interval range.

Today I did 15000m @ 1:57. Good distance row. Felt strong.

10k PB 36:51 @ 1:50.5 23spm

I wanted to row this a bit more sharply @ 24-25, but it felt good. It was actually an 8k PB too, as I crossed that line faster than I ever have. Not a bad day for me...

Did the Pete Plan speed pyramid today. Good workout!

250/500/750/1000/750/500/250 R90 sec per 250

1:36.6 avg.

Was happy with this result as it puts me slightly under 6:30 for 2k. I think this is a good place to be given my goal of 6:20 in 6 months...

Truthfully, I can't remember my last PR exactly. It was, like, 8 years ago in college. I think it was 6:27 or 6:28.

Today I was shooting for low 6:30s. Went out at a 1:39 and had a lot of gas at halfway, so I was able to do a fast 3rd and 4th 500.
