Recovery mode picking up a little - not sure if it can be called "training." This week on consecutive days: 3K @2:07.3, 3K @2:06.3, & 6K @2:08.3. Got into the low 140s HR, which is where I like to be as a wu.

Plan was negative splits of 1’ with 1:47.5 on the last but felt well so gave it a little throttle.
