It came today and is better than I imagined! Every bit of the same quality as my rower! Set up was a breeze.

New bikeerg!

I have used my concept rower (model D with pm 5) for years without a single issue. I have oogled over the bikeerg for the past year and finally got the go ahead to order one. It will be here this weekend. Super excited!

I lurk on here a lot but don't post much. I keep my DF set at 4 and focus on technique. I just row for time, not any speed records. My times for 5k and 10k and even 500m have always been on the slower end of the spectrum. I tried to keep up with faster speeds of others but I began losing interest in...

Unless I missed it, I never saw mentioned that muscle weighs more than fat. I agree with longer intervals between weighing yourself to avoid disappointments of looking at the scale daily. I always believe the best gauge is to look in the mirror and go by the extra energy that you feel on a day to d...
