There is a height difference, as well as a fixed monitor arm.
I appreciate your answer, but I’m looking for someone with actual experience fitting a Mode E into a Prius, not an opinion on whether it “should” fit.

Does Model E fit in a Prius Hatchback?
Looking to sell my Model E and a prospective buyer asked if it will fit in a Prius hatchback.
Anyone done this yet? Specifically interested in the Model E fitting, not the C/D.
Thanks!

Re: “Downgrading” a Model E
Online tech support wrote that the bolt holes for the E front legs do not line up with those of the C/D legs. I'm not at home at the moment, but from pics, it looks like that's true. But I want to check for myself that the Model E doesn't have both sets of holes for the legs to bolt on. The company ...

Re: “Downgrading” a Model E
@Citroen - They did announce that retrofit kits will be available for the C and D. It's on the product page under the FAQs. https://www.concept2.com/indoor-rowers/concept2-rowerg Can I put the taller legs on my Model D? Yes, the tall legs will eventually be available as a retrofit option for the Mod...

“Downgrading” a Model E
I’ve recently moved and my model E is a little awkward to store in the new place. I’m considering “downgrading” it by swapping the tall legs for a set of Model D legs. Also, the fixed PM arm can go. I’ve priced out the legs and it’ll cost about $80. If it’s a simple swap, I’d then be able to sell th...

Re: Crossfit Workout: deadlifts followed by C2 intervals
I'm a competitive powerlifter and Olympic weightlifter who uses the C2 for sanity, gp, work capacity and recreation. Also a former CFer. I wouldn't do that workout. Too much risk if you're deadlifting heavily. It kind of reminds me of the old bodybuilding mindset of pre-fatiguing muscles followed wi...

Re: Rowing as Cross Training for a Runner
It depends on what question you're asking. If you're asking whether someone who rows without running will be a good runner, the answer is no. There is a great deal of specificity required in each exercise. If you're asking whether rowing can be useful as part of a running training program, the answe...

Re: Foot Blisters - with Shoes
I haven't had a problem with blisters from the rowing machine, but I was a distance runner for years, and I'll give you my two cents on foot care learned during that period. FWIW, I wear Chuck Taylors to row. First, understand that when you blister, it's because that part of you foot is rubbing some...

Re: Weight Training Recovery and Erging
I posted this in another thread, but you're asking exactly the question I was answering, so here's my experience.: I am a competitive powerlifter and olympic lifter and think that the C2 is the ideal companion to the weight room. Nothing beats the C2 for warming up - a couple of moderate 500m pulls ...

Re: Looking to pull the trigger, some questions...
I think weight work and getting fit are contradictory: if you do some serious weights, you'll need 2-3 days recovery so won't be able to work enough to get fit. On the other hand if the weights are light, might as well get on the erg which lets you pull as you like. I disagree strongly. I am a comp...

Re: How to train without rowing, ergs or gym?!
And stay away from cross-fit. The combination of exercises and programming is notorious for producing injuries. I wouldn't go quite that far. There are some truly stupid workouts, but the one OP chose is not terrible. Stay away from the more exotic exercises, the speed-at-all-cost mentality, and pi...

Re: Not enough resistance in "leg" portion
I've squatted 505# and don't have reason to complain about not having enough resistance on the C2. Learn a little more about the machine and how you should be using it. Technique, sample workout and drag factor are all worth a bit of reading. Your perception that there isn't enough resistance may be...

There are a number of threads on here about bringing back to life an old PM2. If you've written yours off, you might want to try a couple of them.

WTB: PM2, PM2+ or PM3
Due to battery leakage in my PM2, I must replace it. Preference is PM2+, PM3, PM2 in that order. Post here or PM me if you have one to sell.
Thanks.
Todd
