Does your heart rate increase to keep you cooler? I erg in a gym which has very poor air circulation and I find my heart rate higher than normal when erging here. I was wondering if your heart rate would increase to keep you cooler? I'm assuming so.

God, you've just opened the pandora's box equivalent of this forum. There's so many opinions on eating (I've asked and been told literally like 10 or 15 different things) It would be better to ask a professional nutritionist or just find out through trial and error what is the best for you. You'll g...

Okay to fix the resistance problem, you're going to need the drag factor to be between 120 and 130. If you don't know how to do that, it depends on your machine. I'f you have the model d (light blue) machine. Get to the options menu, hit the more options button, and hit display drag factor. Start Ro...

There was a picture I had a while back as my wallpaper, it was a bunch of model D's lined up and looked really cool. I wish I could find it again. If I do, or someone else can, could you guys post a link here? Thanks.

I have a similar problem. I bought the PM3 heart rate receiver and a polar chest belt a couple weeks ago because i was curious about my heart rate and training at different intensities. It turns out that the longer I go at an easy pace (2k +20) the more my rate increases. At times it has even reache...

Yes, I am an on-water rower and hopefully "S10PS" will be of some use to me. Saving energy on the erg, though, i guess would be the main reason I would liek to give this another shot. The first couple times i rowed strapless, or attempted to row rather, i just shot out of the feet at the finish. Is ...

Can someone explain what benefit Strapless 10 meters per stroke rowing is to the rower? I personally find strapless rowing very hard, doesn't really make sense to me.

Hey,<br />When I decide to erg early in the morning, around 6 mainly, I usually start to feel very sluggish, weak, and overall just way more tired than I should be. I especially feel weakness in my knees. Does anybody get this and how have you dealt with it? Thanks.
