I've read that people have recovered from back pain with Pilates. Mat Pilates exercises focus on strengthening the midsection.

Childish ... I'm new to the C2 related forums and noticed how silly people can be, sometimes to annoy and on occasion because they think they're funny, big time waster. The UK and US boards could both benefit from stronger moderation.

I was hoping to do something similar, let me explain and see if anyone can give me tips. I'd like to row intervals of a fixed length, but the rest intervals would be dictated by heart rate. Signature and avatar block

Does this BB software give the ability to block signatures and avatars? Some are annoying imho, and losing them would make reading the boards more enoyable. thanks
