Thanks for the replies! For my part, at 145 pounds (and tapering for the NYC marathon), I've been running 5K workouts in about 20-21 minutes, and rowing 5000m workouts in also about 21 minutes. Which tells me that I've definitely got a long way to go before my rowing catches up with my running! :)

Rowing vs running times

Does anyone have a good sense of the relationship between running and rowing times for someone who trains 'equally' in both? For example, if you've recently run a 5K and rowed 5000m at race pace, I'd like to hear what kind of times you got. Or if you've run a marathon and also rowed one, etc ... I'm...

I tried a couple of other sequences: plug in -> start utility -> insert logcard start utility -> plug in -> insert logcard but still no luck. Nothing else is plugged into my Mac ... One other thing ... when I plug in the USB cable, the LogCard utility says in the lower left corner "PM3 is in unknown...

LogCard / USB error: More than one PM device detected

I have a Model D + PM3 (firmware 97), and I'm trying to get it to communicate with a Mac PowerBook G4 (OS X 10.4.8) with the PM3 LogCard Utility Ver 4.04.
