it appears you can use intervals for logging your 5kmas id some intervals yesterday and they have been registered

planning on doing the 5k part of the mud challenge. anybody know whether this can be done in intervals or must it be a straight 5K each time?

can you roughly predict your 2k time from your 500 interval times? yet to do a 2k on the skierg so don't really have an idea what to set out for which means I could go too hard or too slow. currently doing 8x500 with 1 minutes rest at an average of 2.11.

any ideas???

I was wondering if there was a virtual app out there for training on the skierg. Seem to be able to find them for the rower and cycle but not the skierg.

anybody know of one?
