Re: Pete Plan Thread

Very generous, Dean. Pour le sport ! I need some sort of motivation at the moment, jack. Sort of just wandering around, like a mad women’s breakfast to be quite honest. Re: How low can you go with strokes per minute (rating) ?

in answer to the topic question. R1. I could do one stroke, then get off and have 55s rest... But I guess thats not what you are asking. For me about r16, anything lower feels "jerky". First of all your rating is related to your pace if your putting in the same power per stroke. there's the winner i...

Re: Well i've rowed my 3rd marathon... next up 100K!

mostly conditioning. hardest part is boredom and numb ass - at least at the intensity I go. I guess if you are after a sub 2:00 split, then other factors come into play too. Elena Buryak was targeting an insane 100k (sub 6:30 is i remember correctly), which for a HW Female (albeit olyimpian) is quit...

autoimmune disease of the thyroid..

under function caused me to gain 20kg, feel like a sloth. also my rest HR dropped to 35.

you can have your ths values checked quite easily. hashi is a little more complicated to find.
