1000 metre race training for masters
Hi, Does anyone have a programme they can recommend for training for the masters distance of 1000 metres in rowing (on the water). We have access to coaching, but I am not convinced his programme is ideal. I understand the training bands, but if someone can give me some idea of what sort of workouts...

Where do I find information about the Wolverine programme? I guess I will have to adapt the 2k training to 1k.
