Erging-running transition
If i go on vacation for about a week and am forced to run instead of erg, what can I expect when I get back?
Should I attempt to erg at the same pace I was previous to the brake, or take the pace up a few seconds?
I would run each day, maybe 30 minutes average.

Change in training schedule
For the past five months I have been rowing fairly consistantly on the water 4-5 times per week and on the erg 2-4 times per week. The henley regatta marked the end of the summer season and now I begin golf for the fall (a sport which i love and would not give up for crew). I plan on rowing in colle...
