Re: Forum Flyers

I still got my sights on the lightweights on the C2C :D. I just broke 42 min on a 10K in the last few days and looking at your stats you're not far behind. In my mind I think something around 1:50 for the current C2C is possible, but then I pull a couple 750's and my motivation goes out the window....

Re: Forum Flyers

Nice to have another noob Darren. I did the last 2 C2C's and will try to throw down for this on at some point in the next week. I've found a balance with the erg, it involves a 2 on, 1 off, sort of schedule. I say sort of because I sometimes do a bit more, other s a bit less, the main thing is that...

Re: What Training Have You Done Today?

I guess it is a bit more than training but 500 TT at the Aust. Masters Games 500 @1:26.5 SR 43 DF 150 OK but a bit disappointing as the last 100 was @1:34! - very ugly finish but not unexpected with no sprint training for months - must do better. 1k and 2k tomorrow Well done Lindsay, top effort, be...

Re: Looking for a team for Fall Challenge

I am in the same situation as ABlaze, just put my E model together today, only experience is rowing for 15 minutes at the gym as part of my cardio. Not wanting to hijack his thread too much but would ideally like to join a smaller team and bolster their numbers rather than one of the bigger teams. I...
