I *think* my biceps are growing having switched from heavy hammer curls (I have elbow issues with regular barbell and dumbell curls) to Zbar curls with less weight but focusing much more on the negative. Natural that seriously strong, build also matters ofcourse, a round barrel chest and shorter arms are handy, but still you gotta handle the weight.
