Re: Forum Flyers

Hi, Marc!

In Indoor Rowing League you can select High Flyers 2020 in 8on8 team name option. Then choose Forum Flyers as your IRC team, as seen in pic (just below 8on8 team option)

Re: Delaminatuon of powder coating on Model D grey

This was my C2 D (also gray) after 6 months (2M metres) of erging. Guarantee covered it and seller (here in Finland) send new rail for me. No issues ever since (8+ M metres with this new rail) https://i.postimg.cc/MHq0dKBk/c2-lohkeilevamaali-201708.jpg Another topic with same issue: https://www.c2fo...

Re: Stroke count is misreported in LogBook

This bug has nothing to do with batteries or low stroke rates. Just avoid Just Row -sessions and use Select Workout -option instead. And don't handle down before you complete the whole workout. That way you always get correct number of total strokes both in Ergdata and in C2logbook. https://www.conc...

Re: Stroke count is misreported in LogBook

I guess it's a bug. Noticed that about 3 yrs ago soon after I had bought my own erg and started to use ErgData. No firmware and/or ErgData update has fixed that (though haven't updated fw since last summer, ErgData is the latest version). Bug affects "only" Just Row sessions and dialed in distance/t...

Re: What 2km pace shall I attempt, given...

1:38.8 Easy peasy. But only if you have plenty of endurance as you said yourself. This weekend I want to test myself at 2km distance. What pace should I attempt, given: 1. I've rowed ~500,000 meters over the past 7 weeks, so I guess I have plenty of endurance . 2. Almost all my training has b...

Re: BPP - completed....what now?

Also if you haven't read it, the 'Indoor Rowing Training Guide, Version 2' has a lot of plans including preset ones, marathon and info on constructing your own. Where can you get that guide please mate? I'm interested in seeing it. Thoroughly recommend doing a FM at least once. It's a real challeng...

Re: Training Partner Requests to Nowhere

Erh, I would assume that such a feature is exactly intended for connecting to people you already know. I would feel it kind of strange to connect to people I didn't already know. Well, maybe I’m the odd man out on this then. I don’t use social media and I’m not looking to the C2 Logbook to serve th...

Re: Logging my lifetime C2 meters question

I want to know how i go about adding in all my lifetime meters i have rowed over the past years? TIA One way to do it: How can I add lifetime meters to the meter total in my logbook? If you want to add a large number of historical meters to get your logbook up to speed: Log into your online logbook...

Re: What Training Have You Done Today?

80' "stuctured Fartlek" incl. 10' W/U then 15 SPI>10 strokes every 5' (SPI <10 strokes handled as "failure" and not counted in to 15, for example SPM 24/239W stroke = "failure" and needed to take another & continue until had 15 accepted (SPi>10) strokes). SPM for those harder strokes was typically 2...

Re: What Training Have You Done Today?

Friday was ment to be 10' w/u + 60' At 1:59/2:00 + 10' C/D, but could hold the pace only about 25', then slowed down and instead of HD'ing completely took the rest of the session as an easy c/d. HR max 166, so should've been well under AnAer threshold, but felt pretty awful anyway. Sat felt much be...

80'. HR a bit high (HR was ticking at 163/165 (88/89% of HRmax) after about 50' so decided to drop effort from 190W to "paddle/cooldown"-mode immediately after 15K (1:01:17.5; 1225 strokes). RPE 6/10 & HR153/165 for the 15K. W/U 20' & C/D2 10' on stationary bike, HR <120. https://s22.postimg.cc/utyd...

Re: What Training Have You Done Today?

Rather warm also here in Turku, Finland. Highest readings today for this summer (officially 30.5°C) and next 10 days' forecast does seem to predict pretty much the same http://en.ilmatieteenlaitos.fi/weather/turku?forecast=daily So I've been doing mostly UT2's or "half-UT2/UT1's" (flat pace, low rat...
