Or save yourself the hassle and extra money to just buy one with a PM5 already fitted :lol:

PM5 is handy if you like rowing in the dark, the backlit screen is useful when you're out of lightbulbs :mrgreen:

Should ave it in this area of the forum if a separate thread is to be made, after all, it's training.

Maybe a mod can make the thread a sticky so it doesn't get buried.

At this point talking about slow gain is wrong. You are just starting, so you will be able to make large gains. The so called “newbie” gains. Fitness, specific strenght, experience everything is in the beginning stages. So just pick things up and see where it brings you. And guys... come on, someon...

That time is actually quicker than my first ever bash at a 2k on the erg... i came in around the 9:45 mark.
