1hr weights yesterday. It was a really good sesh too.. slowly getting some decent weight back on the bar :D

5k erg today. A bit sweaty and enjoyable :) HRM back on as well to make sure i never got too carried away :lol:

That's noticeably better to my eye, but try and stitch it all together so you're recovery is a bit more fluid.
