Hi Rick. My 6:21.9 was done in 2003 at age 50, while trying to qualify for the Euro Indoor. And my 28# light weight for distance record was 88' 11". That was an American Record at the time, but has been bettered several times over the 20+ years since. (WR at the time was held by Geoff Capes at 91' 5...

Hey Bakes. Whadda ya mean, barely 6:26. PB was 6:21.9, with around 10 comps faster than 6:26. Geez o' Peas!

Hi Rick. Looks like you are a bit cockeyed on the seat--shifted over to the right. I wonder if you started that way, or if you lost contact with the seat at some point during a drive phase. Happens to me sometimes if I push hard at high stroke rates.
