1st day back after a week off for oral surgery, and sutures finally out.
BPP W3D3 6000m and overall felt good, but hard time keeping rate down at desired 18.
12 days to get my remaining holiday challenge meters in before the next round of oral surgery... /sigh

2 x 2000m 4 min rest
Negative splits on first set, 10 x hard strokes each 500m on second.
Lost time on second set as something blew onto the roller track causing bumps. Had to stop and clean it off. /sigh Was a good row otherwise.
