Would there be any records held centrally by NGBs, the German/French/Italian equivalent of British Rowing, perhaps?

I know that there are national records for various countries readily accessible on the various Concept2 sites for UK, Ireland, Australia, SA and America, but when I go on other countries' parallel C2 sites, e.g. Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, I see no similar section devoted to records.
