Did my first row with my logcard and tried to upload to the online log book and it is adding 10 minutes to what the logcard actually has for information on the row I did today. Doesnt make sense. When I upload to a spreadsheet it show 5x6 minute rows with 2 min res...

Re: PM2 Monitor

I have some electronic experience for about 30 years now so that isnt a problem. However I am not sure where on the board I should see 3v. Between what two points?

PM2 Monitor

I have a PM2 monitor that went dead while I was gone on vacation. I changed the batteries with known good ones and nothing. It wont power up at all. I called the 800 number for technical support and was asked if there was any corrosion on the circuit board. When I told them that there was none they ...

Re: Spreadsheet to help with the Concept2.co.uk heart traini

When I started the Interactive WL program about 10 months ago I used the %MHR and then after about 3-4 months went to the %HRR. For instance for me at AT % of MHR was 143 and %of HRR is 153 so about a 10 bpm increase. I saw my doctor prior to the change and I also had an EKG and all was well. By the...

Re: Sore !!!

You may have piriformis issues. Consider some piriformis stretches or stretches for sciatic issues. I have this problem and stretch after each workout. Also I use the JL sorbothane seat pad. And yes the leg length difference could also be a contributing factor. I think you may have hit the nail !!!...

Sore !!!

Ok I have logged 1.2 million meters since Jan 1 2010 when I first started rowing. For the life of me I cant sit on this seat and row more than 9-10k without stopping and giving my back side a break. It is absolutely killing me. Just the left side. I have tried the seat pad that is sold thru C2 that ...

Re: Picked up a Model C with PM2 today

Cool Thanks. Just did a couple of 2k's one at a 2:07.9 pace and one at a more moderate pace of 2:19.2 which had me at UT1 level. Best I ever did on my old rower was 2:39.8 so that piece of junk was way off. Anyway I dont feel like such a slug but still have work to do.

Picked up a Model C with PM2 today

Finally got me a C2 today. Used model C with PM2. says it has 1033 km on it. $400 but had to drive four hours one way to get it. Looks and feels like it has been taken care of and rows real well. I will have to get used to it since I have been using a magnetic rower for the last 5 months till I wore...

First- See your doctor and get his opinion on how hard you can work. Second- Row easy until your doctor says you can increase your intensity Three- Continue to row and build endurance and strength. It is not an overnight transformation. I started on month ago, have lost about 5 pounds. My legs, shou...
