Is RowPro really something quite useful or is it something people buy and never use? I'm seriously considering buying it but wonder what its true benefits are? Thanks!

Yes, thanks. I am embarrassed to say that my dad was trying to plug it in on the back of the monitor instead of the bottom. Hard to diagnose when you're 3,000 miles apart! Regardless, he has it plugged in properly now. Thanks!

I just purchased the Heart Rate kit for my dad who has a brand new Model - D Rower with the PM3 but where it is supposed to plug in to the monitor it does not fit.
