Welcome aboard Coach. I extended an invite to the team ktmtalk rowers who are doing so well in the VTC to join our season long affiliation since they do not have a season long team. Glad to see Coach aboard and hopefully some more follow!

It took longer than I had hoped after losing 5 months this summer to injury and then lack of motivation but yesterdays 12,760 helped me cross the line for my first million meters on the erg, now onward to the next million.
