I don't know any of these people but that thread had a lot of great training infor. I am good at distance but want to up my short game so I always looking there for updates.... Im not into instagrammmas and facebork so thanks for having the info here in text format

Lift weights first, then do your 30minute row afterwards. Rowing after lifting is a lot easier than lifting after rowing. It also helps improve recovery time. It does not matter which day (back day, leg day) - just whatever fits your schedule. For rowing intervals it may be better to do those on a n...

You are leaning back to far on your stroke. Also looks like your return you are dropping the handle rather than keep the chain level. I am not an expert please follow others advice over mine

I rowed with eyes closed a few times... but then I never seem to get as far as I think
