We appear to be similar. I'm 6'1" started at 255 in September, now at 235. I was lifting weights until January when my wife bought a Concept 2 for the house. Don't know what my goal weight is, but at 235 I still have a long way to go. By the way, I'm 58. I started with the UK weight loss program but...
