At 21 arguably you still have some filling out to do. I think I reached the "right" size around 24. Otherwise weight training if done strategically can add useful mass and some strength.

I've been using the IThlete app for several months to see what it would do. I do one seated and one standing on different devices. Overall during riding season (mtb) I find it very helpful. For winter training (weights and C2) it's good but different since my volume is lower. I think it's a good too...

I don't know your age specifically, but you will find that you are in a prime growing period and may naturally increase in weight as a function of maturity. I grew allot in my teens, but didn't get to my current mass untill my early 20's. My suggestion would be to be careful with the weights. They a...

I did alot of rowing weight training during high school. we used an old canadian olympic program that was modified for the time. It has 4 phases and one was added after 1984.
