My triple 40 cardio session tonight...

- 10K row / 40:23 / 2:01.1 / DF 130 / SR 25
- 2 min rest
- 40 min Eliptical session, ramped pace (450 cals)
- 3 min rest
- 40 min treadmill session (steep incline / walking pace) 425 cals
- 12 min on the hydro massage table... ahhhhhh :D

No doubt.. I could have easily trimmed this edit down to around 3 minutes... but there were lots of little thoughts I recorded that I didnt want to leave out.

Those are very respectable 10K times... I go to a public gym and most people I see on the rower next to me are pretty gassed after 10 minutes at those paces (all ages, male and female).

Aborted 10K last night... got a stitch on my right side at 5k and pulled the plug at 6k...
