Can't remember how to get data to web

Hi, I haven't used my concept2 in about two years. I cannot remember how to upload the info off the mini computer on the machine onto my online logbook. It seemed to me, I just pushed a button on the rower display and it uploaded the info into my online logbook. Am I remembering this correctly? Than...

I have a mix of BCAA powder that I use in my water and I drink that as I row.
What is the mix of BCAA you are using?

Re: I don't understand any of this lingo and need help

Great info Carlb! Thanks a million to you and everyone else! All this support means a lot to me. I was starting to feel brain dead trying to figure all this out on my own. I'll definitely be eating good carbs early in the day when I'm exercising from now on. The article was great. I have so much to ...

Re: I don't understand any of this lingo and need help

I think I got it:

3:45/500 pace

It would take me 3 minutes 45 second to row 500 meters and that's called the pace?

Stats on logbook

Just wondering why I only have a few stats on my online log book. I upload the info from my log card but it doesn't tell me much of anything online. Nothing about watts or spm.

Can I set my online logbook to show all that stuff or do I have to buy that software for $99 to get all that?

Thanks!

Thanks Bob. I have a lot to learn. I will study your post intently; hopefully it'll all make sense before too long.
Appreciate the help.

I don't understand any of this lingo and need help

I just got my concept2 two days ago. I've been reading through the forums and have no idea what most of this stuff means. I finally happened on an article that said something about watts that I sorta understood didn't mean the kind that lights a bulb. I figured 50 watts was probably good. Tried it a...
