Yesterday I rowed with row prow and no flashdrive still crashed I got a code 46-33. I'm going back to a PM4

Just got a new PM5 it keeps crashing when using Row Pro. I think the flash drive is the cause. When I finish a row and save the workout I get a code message and cant clear the meter without pulling the batteries. Anyone else having this problem or have a solution. Thanks I will check the magnets. That makes the most sense. Over the years I have had several ergs. At my main house I have a D machine and a dynamic. A few years ago we took the c machine to our little cabin in the woods. That's the first time an erg stopped working. Thanks

I have an older C machine that stopped working with the meter after transporting the machine. I changed the pickup but nothing worked changed the meter still wont work. any suggestions as to what to try next. Thanks SG
