Re: disappointing, and yet very satisfying season

Re: Introduction and Goals

interesting that you were told about 2 months. mine said it would be up to a year possibly longer and i would never get full strength back in that arm. even if i tore the tendon off completely and got it surgicaly re attached i would only ever get back to about 80% movement and strength. makes sense...

Re: 14 yr old holds all records for his age group

basketball is shocking for knee injuries. my daughter played at close to national level from age 13 to 18 and the amount of girls sidelined because of knee injury was dreadful. most of the girls at that level had some sort of knee injury and some had to give up the sport due to destroyed knees. one ...

Re: Transcendental Meditation

not sure if meditation was involved but a little while ago i was involved with a build for a client and the site foreman was a nasty piece of work. very angry and rude to pretty much everyone. so much so that all the subcontractors including myself complained to the building company and the client a...

Re: Questioning Luanne Suplick lightweight 60min WR

Re: Bicep distal brachial tendon

Re: Bicep distal brachial tendon

bit of an update. sometime in the next month (made the appointment 2 months ago and have forgotten when) i have a review with the specialist. so far its been much of the same with multiple pain free days followed by me doing something to twinge it again. will be interesting to see what the dr says. ...
