Been working hard, just not posting up a lot. 10K on Sunday (broken up into two 5K sessions @ 2:08) Monday - 8K plus 15 minutes on the AirDyne. Slower on the rower. @Robert That's great improvement. I just did the same workout the other day (1st cycle), and I would love to see the improvement you made when I go through a second time.

I absolutely hate 1500 intervals more than any workout.

That's my plan as well. I want to do longer intervals and SPM/HR restricted sessions.

Ergdata does a great job at showing those parameters live, but it doesn't save them so you can analyze improvement over time. I use a different app, call painsled which saves the data to analyze after the fact. I use a website call rowsandall to do that. One of the cool things you can do with this ...
