Re: Painstakingly Slow Progress from Back Recovery

This is what I started using for my elbow, back, etc. I also sit in a jacuzzi and splurge on massages. https://www.amazon.com/HealthmateForever-Handheld-Electrotherapy-Electronic-Management/dp/B00O7CM12W/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?hvadid=174208357157&hvdev=c&hvlocphy=9011564&hvnetw=g&hvpos=1t2&hvqmt=e&hvrand=1...

Really look at, as if you are training someone else, would you let someone do what you do yourself?

Re: Pete Plan Thread

That was brutal. I went out too fast on the 1st one, then I felt like i had to go faster each subsequent interval. I'm surprised my final interval was as fast as my 3rd. I was completely out of gas at the end. I was pulling 2:03s at the end.

Re: Pete Plan Thread

Nice meters Scott. BPP 4.5 on SkiErg I set a target pace with a capped HR of 150, but I couldn't keep the HR down in the 2nd set. About midway in the 2nd interval I decided to push faster. https://i.imgur.com/WDK4ckV.jpg?1 I'll be heading up to NC for most of 6 months in 3 weeks, so I'll be taking a...

Re: Pete Plan Thread

hi guys - haven't fallen off the Pete Plan wagon yet, although as it gets drier and lighter here in the UK I'm trying to get out on the bike more... Today was 3.1 - 4 x 1000m / 5min rest. Last time I did this session was October 18th last year where I managed an average of 1:59.0 so thought I'd aim...

Re: 2k help needed, 8 weeks to go

Need to have my plan ready to help me stay in control. Do you know anywhere I can look to help me decide how to go about tackling my 2k because I’m not really sure how to distribute my splits over the distance etc! So very much appreciated! :) I have followed this plan and liked it https://www.yout...

Re: Pete Plan Thread

I did all 5 workouts each week throughout the plan. I couldn't find the answer either, so I worked them straight down. I took rest days when my body felt like it needed a break. At first, I think I recall them after the 2nd and final 5th workouts. So, days 3 & 7 were rest. Eventually, life got in t...

Re: Pete Plan Thread

Hello all. First post with a dumb question about the BPP I didn't see answered anywhere: Looking at Week 1 for instance, we see three core workouts followed by two additionals in brackets. What is the intended daily schedule for these? Are they intended to be completed straight through M-TU-W-TH-F ...

Re: Yet another PC setup for RowPro

Carl, thanks for these updates. They remind me to stay content with my PM3 running my ancient version of Rowpro on an 8 year old laptop. If you have a dedicated laptop to it and stop getting any Windows updates so you can essentially "Freeze" your set-up in time it's all good, otherwise you can end...
