Re: Exporting Data from C2 to Garmin
Thanks for the response, much appreciated. I looked at my wife's Garmin Connect profile and it gives two options one of which relates to .csv files, but i didnt realise when i looked that this relates to Fitbits, and i suspect there is something different about how it stores data to the concept2 log...

Re: Sub 7 Indoor Rowing Club (UK)
Hi All good to see everyone keeping up their efforts, have been erging continuously just not finding the time to post. Following the RowPro plan has its drawbacks, it automatically advances so if you get behind for any reasons difficult to keep up, may try something different going forwards as progr...

Re: Sub 7 Indoor Rowing Club (UK)
Glenn - Congratulations to Emma on the 1k who did far better than me and her 5k PB, and hope she makes the 100k in the Fall Challenge. Emma’s prize seat pad is going to be rather handy for you both. Best wishes in reaching your target of 7:30 for 2k, starting from a great base of 7:43.4 and 9 year ...

Re: Sub 7 Indoor Rowing Club (UK)
Double whammy Glenn well done sir. 5k PB and 2k SB within a few days of each other - awesome! Keep up that sort of progression and you'll easily reach your goals. Hopefully will continue to inspire your Mrs too, although she seem to be doing really well on her own anyway. Maybe its the pressure of ...
